The design of the bed builds on over a century of bed making expertise, combined with the latest innovations in the use of natural materials and over five years of product development. We surpassed our design brief, creating the feeling of sleeping in the cloud, rather than on it. This is thanks to the cane and hair roll edge on the deeply sprung, star-lashed base, combined with a super accommodating mattress which includes a hi-tech, 100% natural stretch fabric case. The same stretch fabric in the topper allows the sleeper to fully benefit from the mountains of cashmere wool we use. The construction is naturally skilled and time consuming, with each No1 Bed, depending on size, taking one of our master craftsmen several weeks to complete.
