Our showrooms have a wide range of fabric and material samples for you to see and feel, helping you to make the best choice for your bed. If required, we can order swatches and get them delivered to you.

For online orders, we currently only deliver to the United Kingdom and the United States. If you live outside these areas, you can still order any of our products by contacting a showroom.
We offer a white-glove delivery service for beds. Please contact your nearest showroom for a quote.
For ONLINE ACCESSORY ORDERS only, we offer complimentary delivery on all purchases in the UK and for orders over $500 in the US.
Bed linen and bedding are packed into cardboard boxes for safe transportation. If your item is damaged on arrival, please contact us at [email protected]
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer a gift-wrapping service.
Our bed linen is proudly made in small batches in England. If a particular size is out of stock, it will be made to order for you. Sometimes, this leads to a slight delay in delivery. To ensure you know when to expect your items, one of our team will let you know the lead time.
Our bedding is made in Austria and Germany, and we carry stock of all the main sizes. However, a specific size may need to be ordered for you, so it can take longer to arrive. In this situation, our team will always advise you as soon as they receive your order. If your item is urgent, please add a note in the comments box when you place your order.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging (unless faulty or misdescribed). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on made-to-order items (unless faulty or misdescribed).
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for bed linen, duvets, and pillows if the sealed packaging has been opened. To return or exchange an item bought online, please email [email protected] with your order number, and we will email details about how to return it. Please return your item within 14 days of letting us know.
We aim to process refunds 1-2 days after receipt of the goods. If you have not received your refund confirmation within 5 days, please get in touch at [email protected].
No, unfortunately, we cannot accept online returns to our stores.
Yes, we can arrange for your order to be delivered to the showroom if this is more convenient. Any items need to be collected within 7 days.

All our beds are made to order to the client’s specifications. We are, therefore, unable to accept returns or exchanges on beds. Returns are only permitted in the rare occurrence that a product is granted faulty. Â For any specific enquiries or concerns regarding your Savoir bed, please get in touch with a showroom.
We offer a Remake Guarantee for the Savoir Nº1 bed and Savoir Nº2 bed. If you wish to have the tension of your mattress altered to be softer or firmer, please notify us within six weeks of delivery, and we will happily make the relevant alterations free of charge.

We use Opayo in the UK and Stripe in the US for payment processing. No card details are stored on our systems.

Giza is a rare variety of Egyptian cotton, which is widely considered to be the finest and most luxurious in the world. There are a few varieties of Egyptian Giza cotton, but we select Giza 87 for its softness, high uniformity, and stretch resistance. We offer both sateen and percale, which are woven in mills in Italy that can handle very fine fibres.
