The natural materials in our toppers will settle and dip in the area where you sleep. It is, therefore, necessary to flip and rotate it regularly to even out compression.

All our toppers are made to order with a lead time of up to 4 weeks. Once your order is ready, you will be contacted by one of our team. We will arrange a delivery date and time that suits you.
We are unable to accept returns on made to order items, (unless faulty or misdescribed) as these were specially commissioned for you. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer services team.
