The outcome may result in your bed having to be made in a particular way to assist with the delivery process. The earlier these details can be disclosed, the more harmonious your delivery will be. Where delivery access is restricted, we can hire specialist furniture lifts to assist with deliveries through windows or via roof terraces. We believe that nothing is impossible. Should this be necessary, we can advise what additional costs will be involved.
Savoir is able to dispose of your old bed with ease. Once a member of our showroom staff call through with your delivery details, such as the date and time, please make them aware you will be requiring this service. Upon delivery, our staff will dismantle your current bed, wrap it up and take it away, replacing it with your new one.
Following the instalment of a Nº1 or Nº2 mattress, if you are not happy with the tension after three months, we are willing to remake it for you. However, it is requested you wait at least one month before making this appeal, as your muscle memory can take up to a month to adjust from an unsupportive mattress.
