We pride ourselves on ensuring that your Savoir bed will be installed within your home in a calm and professional manner by our dedicated white glove delivery team.
To assist us with delivery of your bed, it is helpful to know if there are details of your home which may affect the delivery; if for example you have pictures on your staircase which may need moving, or rugs that need rolling, lamps or light fittings to be aware of, these are the details which will ensure your smooth delivery. If you live in a property with unusual tight staircases or small landings, low door openings, then if you can provide photographs and measurements prior to delivery this will help our team on the day – our showroom staff can advise what information we require.
If you live near a Savoir showroom, then as additional reassurance we can visit your home prior to delivery and make note of the specific details which our delivery team will need. We may need to make your bed in a particular way to help with the delivery process, so the earlier you can provide details of your home, the smoother your delivery will be.
Where delivery access is particularly tricky, we can hire specialist furniture lifts to assist with deliveries through windows or via roof terraces. We can advise what additional costs will be involved if this is required.
Savoir are, of course, more than happy to remove and dispose of your old bed. A member of our showroom staff with call and give you details of your delivery date and time, at this point you should make them aware that you require this service and we will dismantle the bed, wrap it up and take it away, replacing it with your new one.
On the day of delivery, our dedicated team will phone you to keep you updated about their arrival time to your home.
